Service and after-sales

1. Replacement or maintenance are available for customer if functional defect occurred to the product within fifteen(15) days from the receipt date.
2. Within fourteen(14) months from the receipt date, any functional defect not caused by unauthorized use once confirmed by QianLi’s after-sales, we will replace the entire set of goods.
3.After the replacement, the warranty period of the product will be recalculated.
